Fun with Graphic 45 Series: Project #2: “1 Folio/2 Ways” Tutorial Available!

So happy to announce that the tutorial for the second project in my monthly Fun with Graphic 45 series is now available in my Etsy Shop. Yay!  (Walk-through video below!)

This is the “1 Folio/2 Ways” Project, using Graphic 45’s lovely Cafe Parisian Collection.

The tutorial includes the complete instructions to make BOTH projects!

You’ll learn how to make this nifty Notekeeper!

AND you’ll also learn how to take the same foundation and make it into a Photo Folio. I know!

You get a Cutting Guide with instructions on how to cut the mats needed to make both foundations as well as how to cut all the pattern papers for both.

You’ll also receive Step-by-Step, full color photo Instruction & Photo Guides that will guide you through making both projects as well.

Check out the walk-through of the project here:

I hope you’ll give this fun, easy project tutorial a try!

Happy crafting!

  2. Dear Donna, I have looked at your 1 folio 2 ways video and I think it is wonderful. Can you tell me if you use a punch to round the corners on some of your flaps and the waterfall? I only have a simple corner rounder but I have been noticing a lot of corners in other people’s work that isn’t necessarily ornate and fancy but is just a little more decorative and finished than the plain round corner. I have looked at all kinds of punches but am not finding what I have in mind. Can you help by suggesting what you use?

Thank you so much, and I can’t wait for tomorrow’s reveal!!

    • Hi Mickey, Thanks so much for the kind words. So glad you’re enjoying the projects. The corner rounders I use are from We R Memory Keepers. They are called “Corner Chompers” because they are very strong, will cut through heavy material and several sheets of paper at once. Each Chomper has two different corner punches that are complimentary to each other. For this project I used the “Cloud/Scallop” Corner Chomper, using the “Scallop” side on the foundation and the “Cloud” side on the pattern papers. I also like their “Deco/Stub” and use the “1/4-1/2” rounder all the time as my “regular rounder.” Hope this helps! 🙂
